slug coming out of propeller ?

So I have what looks like oil water mix but thick coming out of my propeller is this normal or is their something wrong?
its a 115 murc o/b 1982

My guess is it is a lube they use to press the hub into the prop.

It's normal. It is un-burned oil/gas mixture that was carried out by the exhaust. Quite common with a 2 stroke.

gear oil from shaft seal? Check lower unit gear case oil

I think Bob hit on the head it is unburned fuel and as he said it is normal.
