Re: Small Block 400 swap
The CSI 100SBP did the trick. Nice looking starter. Comes with a billet aluminum adapter that can mount for the 153 tooth and the 168 tooth with the 400 Small block Chevy starter offset bolt pattern. I also added a fresh water cooling system, some of the tips made me think twice so I put the closed cooling unit in. Don't want any saltwater entering this engine. Thanks for all your input. Hopefully someone wanting to do the swap can see this thread and save time and money from the trial and error I had to go through. Went through 4 $tarter$. Well, got the engine started today and broke the cam in. Salmon season opened and dropping the boat in next week. Thanks again y'all.
