Small Car - Big Trailer

On a recent road trip I stopped at a rest area in Dows, Iowa and got a chuckle out of this rig. Anybody else see what's wrong with this rig? Missing trailer wheel, car too small for trailer, and the highway patrol apparently agrees with my observations. There was a power cord running from the trailer, across the parking lot to the rest area facility. The dude was apparently living in the trailer while he contemplated how to resolve the issues.

I don't see the same problem. That car looks like its set up to BE towed, not to do the towing. I bet the tire went bad and they took the real towcar to get a new one. In the meantime they hooked up the little one so the trailer wouldn't get stolen.

Looks like a big accident looking for a place to happen?....or maybe it already happened?....but seriously, hopefully the highway patrol gets this guy off the road before he kills some folks!....
