Low pressure can cause many negative handling issues.<br /><br /> One thing with inflatables that is very important is weight distribution, and you may find that if you are using the bow tank only, that you may end up with too much weight at the front of the boat when running lightly loaded.<br /><br /> Another tip: After you put your put your boat in the water, reinflate your keel as it will be way under inflated after the water cools the bottom of the boat. Most supplied foot pumps will not over inflate the keel if you're an average sized person, just pump until you're not gaining on it!<br /><br /> I would also advise using a gauge for at least the first few times you inflate it, as you would be surprised how hard the tubes are when inflated to 3.5 psi.<br /><br /> Cheers,<br /> Snow.
