Smart Tabs and ventilation

After installing ST-1260's on my Bay175 I noticed some blowout during hard turns with the stock 21 BlackMax prop. I contacted Greg at Nauticus and he sent me the 40 lb actuators and suggested to mount them in the stiffest position.
The blowout increased to where I would need to throttle down just to get the prop to bite. I have set the Tabs back to the center of the slot to take off more pressure (have not tested it yet though). The tabs are working great in all other aspects except the ventilation in hard turns. I never needed to trim down while cornering before the tabs went on so I wouldn't expect to now. I would like to retain the pulling power that I have with the 21 pitch. Anyone have a recommendation?

I'm guessing you're blowing out now because your stern is out of the water slightly more with the trim tabs deployed.

Yup, and too much pressure. Loosen them up a little.
