smart tabs, cant get to nuts.

hi again everyone. i have decided to go with smart tabs on my boat. does anyone know of a good way to mount things on the back of the boat if you cant get to the other side to put a nut. i had the same problem mounting a swim lader. i used 1/4 inch ss toggle bolts. but that required a bigger hole. the transom wood doesnt go down to the bottom of my boat so i cant use screws. its heavy guage aluminum down there.

any ideas?

Large aluminum pop rivits from your local hardware, use sealant.

My Smart Tabs came with self tapping ss screws
Which tabs are you using?
