Wow, what a difference, need the 60 pound actuators though as the 80s seemed to stay down in the water too long even on the lightest setting, and that created some nasty spray out the back at around 25MPH and higher. Will call Nauticus up on Monday and see if I can get a pair to swap my 80s with. Other than that, very pleased.

They are an awesome company & I am sure they will do what ever they can to make your boat right. I am sort of shocked though that the 80's are not what you need. I have an older hull on my 1988 Glassport Sport-Cuddy with a 5.0 litre Mercruiser and the 80's work perfectly for me.
Every boat is different though I guess!

Did you try adjusting the pressure on the tabs but relocating the pin position on the actuator? That may solve the problem if you haven't already tried it.
