John S and Boom;<br /><br />You guys are on top of it. The PR500 is the bracket Kit which can be used to conver the Smart Tabs to ProTrollers or used as plate retractor system (old Beaching Kit). It all depends on the height at which you mount the bracket and in which position the lever handle is in (UP or Down). <br /><br />When you order the ProTroller series the PR500 brackets are included and substituted for the standard Transon Bracket.

So how do these tabs release from the trolling position? is there a latch or release of some sort that must be actuated from the tabs?

Wonder if there is any way to operate the handle remotely? Swim platforms are going to be a problem!

We are working on a version to be used on boats with full swim platforms. Hopefully out be this April. <br /><br />Dan;<br /><br />The lever handle moves the actuator up and down. Once in the trolling position you would simply pull the lever up.

Hey John, I put in a call to you on Thursday...they said you were out goofing off or something... I told them I wanted to order the brackets to make mine into trollers too, they said I better talk with you first, so I'll try and catch ya Monday.
