have a 1972 lund 16' with a 85 hp evinrude planes good but has to be moving pertty fast will changing motor trim help no power trim tilt have heard of smart tabs will they help plane at lower speed

Yes,smart tabs will help stable your boat, You will have to find the right setting on the tabs until you find the right one that fits your needs
