hi as you can tell im new here took forever to find a site like this .but any way i own a 95 bayliner capri ls w/ a force 120 outboard ,as this is my first boat ,im still learning about it ,the area (ski storage?) smells pretty rank 
after sitting ,kinda smells like exhuats, gas, oil, and soured water mixed ive clean out the drain hole and used hull cleaner ,it is coverd as well with a tarp so little if any rain,may or may not be getting in ,is this normal or is it a serious problem. thanks for any help with this
