smoker craft

[JC1933]

i am new to this so please bear with me.I am looking at two boats one is a 1991 172 faser with a1991 90hp mariner looks in good shape. the other one is a 1994 175 ultima with a 1994 130hp johnson also in good shape.I want to use this for fishing in your opinion which boat should i get.also did smoker craft build ther boats back then with ribs as they do now.are smoker goog boats thanks jc1993

jc1933,<br /><br />Both are decent boats.<br /><br />If it were me, I'd get th opne with the 130 Johnson (looper). It will be a good performer.

It should be pretty easy to tell.<br /><br />See if there are lines of rivets perpendicular to the keel. If so, it has ribs.
