Carb cleaned multiple times, new points condensers, fuel line, powerhead gasket, and tank. Any idea what could be causing this sneeze? Correct packing in the needle 1 1/4 turns out. I'm lost.. video below.

A lean sneeze.----Open low speed mixture needle some more.-----And make sure the throttle plate is closed at idle.-----And make sure throttle plate is not opening too early .-----Simple fix in my opinion.

If one of the leaves (leaf’s?) isn’t seating to reed plate (behind carb), that cylinder will not get enough fuel, and will lean sneeze. If reeds are all good, upper or lower crankcase seal leak would cause the same symptom. First, follow racer’s advice above..
‘Good luck!

The reeds look OK visually. If richening it up with the needle doesn't help, might the next step be that upper seal? I've had it out as many as 4 turns, and it still sneezes. I have the cam follower just starting to move between the marks. I have days into this thing, and I'm starting to get discouraged..added the electric start and everything.

Revisit carburetor work.----Check to make sure nozzle gasket is in place.----Make sure low speed needle is actually moving in and out.----Make sure low speed circuit is clean.----Any powerhead gaskets ( exhaust cover ) leaking ? -----Should be a simple fix I think.

Maybe it's the camera view, but how far is the motor above the gas tank? Does squeezing the squeezer bulb help?

It seems I may have this one solved. Of all things, I think it was drawing some air at the top Welch plug. It idles a little high and I have to keep it 2 3/4 turns out at the mixture, but stopped coughing, and I kept it running for about 5 minutes. I don't have another plug around, so I may find something to seal it with for now. Again, thanks to this forum and it's members.
