So my hull is blistering.... now what?

My 89 bayliner capri has a million or so tiny blisters forming on the bottom. I just got the boat, got a great deal, (I think) what do I do now?

I have little paint blisters on my whaler, what should I do? I don't know a lot about it, but there is little ones here and there but not all over.<br /><br />JAZZ

hey guys, there is a big difference between bottom paint blistering and hull/gelcoat blistering. paint is nothing more than poor preparation before painting. Gelcoat on the other hand well thats a different story...
