So what's the deal with Celebrity brand boats??

I had heard/read they were either out of business now or bought out by some PWC builder(SeaDoo/Bombardier maybe?) Anyone know what happened to them or if they will still be making Celebrity boats? Just curious.

David Bomdardier did buy Celebrity boats but they have stopped producing them due to Bomdardier having some financial problem with their aircraft division here in Canada, but they still produce there sea-doo line of boats...Nice boat by the way.

I just bought a 1997 Celebrity CC220 boat (used, obviously), and am having trouble finding any parts (particularly a exterior passenger side air intake"scoop" that has the 220 logo on it), or an owner's manual for this boat. Anybody have any suggestions??? Thank you in advance for your help!!!
