soaked bilge pump mounting area on 1988 winner

I noticed today in the 1" raised area where the bilge pump is mounted with wood under the fiberglass the wood is soaked. water oozed out of the mounting hole. i opened the hole to 1/2" and sucked the water out with vac, about 14 ounces total.
I also noticed a chip in the fiberglass hull in the ski storage area about 2 inches long at most 1/32" deep. i sanded it when water oozed out about 2 tablespoons.I took pics but not sure how to post, if i could email them and have someone post them i would appreciate it. Wondering how i should proceed.
I did read the following on winner boats, i think this is how mine is constructed. :

Winner boats were the first with a 100% one piece fiberglass stringer system,
but there was still plywood in the deck and in the transoms.
The stringer system was a very innovative way to build boats.
The stringer system was made in a seperate mold and set over in the hull.
Chop strand was used in the hull along the contact points at the chines and lift strakes.
The stringer system was weighted down into the hull and the bond was made complete.
The voids between the stringer system and the hull was filled with high pressure foam.

disregard the last "rusty" looking area pic, there is a small hole in that area you cant see by the pic. there was a hole on the port side also but the previous owner epoxied that one, but not the one on the starboard side. This one is better View attachment 109412

in the non boating technical forum...there are detrailed instructions on how to post.......i suggest to do it that way tarher than the attachments or a thumb nail;;;basicaly ...upload to photo bucket....res size to 60 x 480 then copt the img tag and post it in your comment.

as far a s the problem.....i dont like where this is going.....i fear you have a lot of work to do this winter....but lets see the pics

ok, i'll try to post oops, i just hope i can do the work and it isn't too bad, the boat is in really good shape and the motor as well other than that, not giving up on her.

Looks like you've got some pretty good crazing going on in the FG in your bilge there, have you checked your transom for rot/wet wood yet?

Can you lift any of the decking to see what kind of foam you have?

Beautiful boat, but it looks like she's gonna need some work.

Thanks, she is real nice. I did check the transom, very solid. I believe if memory serves, the previous owner mentioned he replaced the bilge pump about 2 years before i bought it. About 6 trips to the lake worth.

I read about Winner boats having solid all fiberglass stringers not wood, only wood is on deck and transom. Anyone ever have one and opened it up to verify this? I was thinking about cutting that raised square reinforced wood area where bilge pump was made to be mounted with a dremel in a square to let it dry out good and inspect, was also thinking about doing the same to the top and side of the stringer to check that out, would this be a good idea? If i open up the bottom of the bilge the same way would you use fiberglass cloth and resin to get that solid flat sturdiness back?

Does this crazing look bad enough to where water can seep down or no?
