Re: sodablasting
Soda blasting is extremely neat stuff. never done it personally. I did some research for a car restoration project. It is not hard on metal like sandblasting. They also use for cleaning graffitti of walls, cleaning fire/smoke soot covered framing whether wood or metal. They can use it to clean ceramic tile and grout lines without affecting grout.

Some fire smoke restoration companies have the equipment or check through automotive restoration body shops.

It is definitely cost prohobitive. It takes a large compressor that puts out a ton of CFM compared to even large home/garage compressors.

I have heard in some areas, they rentthe equipment.

Best of all, it is biodegradable. sweep up large debris, wash away remants. Environmental friendly.

Just my two bits.
