Some gearcase grease looks lighter in color whitish and a 1/4 cup off water 90 TP

This is after 20 hr of running.
Is this acesive and if so what things /seals should be replaced.
90 HP tower of power

The most common cause of water intrusion is failure to replace the crush gaskets (not washers) under the vent and drain/fill plugs every time they are removed. If they are correct then you probably need new seals on the prop shaft.

1/4cu of water is excessive.

Or you could pressure test the system and see where it is leaking.
