OK, I am kind of "renewed" to boating, I boated when I was a kid and now I am just a bigger kid. Anyway I was out with three friends last weekend on the lake. Lake Mead has the longest shoreline in the US but it has less then 1% useable beach area, the rest is verticle rock. We found a nice place on Sandy Beach and beached the boat, unload everything and get wet a little, it's about 108 today. (it's a dry heat you know)
After a while we decide we were hungry so we get back on the boat to eat, we were almost done when I see this jet ski going slow around the stern. No problem but he's really too close, then he waves to this pontoon boat and here they come, a whole boatload of Hicks. They park only FIVE FEET off the Port side! Now, like I said there is not allot of beach but there is enough to get a little farther away then five feet! I think OK I'll keep my cool and not think much of this. BUT then they "release the hounds", yep, along with three little morons they have two black labs. Now I am not a real dog lover but I like them as long as the owner keeps them under control. Today, that is not the case, both dogs come out and head to our area and **** right where we have our stuff. We yell at the Hicks and they say they will clean it up with a shovel...right! They look for one and say they must have left it at the house, OK I am a little perturbed but am managing to not fly off the handle. BUT, just then the dogs come back and do a #2 ...guess where...right in our area...again! Well now the tolerance level is about shot so I ask them to get their dogs on a leash or tie them up, yep that goes unanswered, while I am talking to them I ask if they could move a little farther away, they say ?it's a public area, ARG! Not to mention that they are now diving off the back of their boat and EVERY time they dive they splash me and everyone else in my boat!
I am now at a near boil until the doggies come back and **** all over our cooler and float toys! You guessed it, the boil has come to full steam! I told them to get their F&%$en dogs away from our area and called them MORONS, the one kid said he thought that they were not morons, I said go find a dictionary and look it up, you'll find you family photo right there!
We finally pulled up everything and went for a nice ride, found another beach and cooed off.
Why are people such MORONS, they have no thoughts other then for their selves.
