First post here on this forum or any forum for that matter...... all the help on this site is remarkable how a person like me very little knowledge on motors is practically able to fix anything. Well anyways I bought a new starter and installed it today checking all connections except 1 the positive terminal to the starter was touching the body of the starter which cause it to short basically and smoke pretty bad i thought the whole engine was done for after that. But starter is still working turning flywheel very fast but no spark from my plugs now it it possible i fried my power pack or something else or everything else.

Did you have spark on the engine when you had the old starter cranking it? Usually the starting system is a separate electrical system from the ignition side of the engine. You will find some excellent ingnition troubleshooting info at this website: cdielectronics.com. The info on your system starts around page 33 in that online guide.
