Why after you work on you motor to the point of having it "perfect" & it runs great & starts at the "touch of the key" 9 times out of 10 that one time out of the ten in the middle of the lake it gets stupid & it don't want to start I've done everything i know but that once in awhile having to prime & use the idle lever & everthing else i can to start it makes me nuts Is this just a "live with it" situation" & common
FWIW- never has a pattern to the no start- sometimes i'm trolling then stop, sometimes after WOT, just planing speed - does'nt matter --

Welcome to the world of the internal combustion engine. I feel your pain and I can't explain what the tenth time represents but we all go through it. I would rather use steam power but I'd need a bigger boat! Rick.
