Does your typical boat have its fish boxes draining to the bilge. I'll guess that top of the line boats drain overboat with macerators, ecetera. But what about the majority of boats? Fish box (and storage hatches) go to the bilge?
typical? my 21 walkaround drains out thru the hull. whole lotta cute little brass fittings... deck drains thru scuppers at transom. how i would get water in the bilge is beyond me even the anchor locker up front has a drain opening at the bow. my brothers mariah from sea fox-i think EVERYTHING drains into the bilge.
