I got home from boating last weekend and noticed that the right rear tail light on my boat trailer was messed up bad. The light and gasket was missing, the plastic connector was broken, and the actual metal was busted and broken.

I have no clue how this happened and I do not drink and drive period. I am pretty good with trailers too. It is a mystery to me but I am guessing it was my fault somehow somewhere.
I need some help to decide what to do, how to get it done, and where to get the replacement parts.
It is the matching trailer to my 1999 Procraft Combo17 with Mercury 125.
Help me out here guys, I don't even know if the trailer is painted aluminum or painted steel.
Help a brother out, I need to get street legal asap and need to know the most efficient and effective steps to getting back on track?
