I just picked up a parts motor, and got the TNT working, but the motor has 90 psi in one cylinder of 4. the other three are about 120-125

I will try and decarb it once I get it hooked up....but am wondering if that alone will cause the motor to run really bad

and or if that will cause the motor to have excessive wear on the crank and bearings..

heck sometimes we hear of motors that are actually running on only three cylinders....

I am not sure , so what the heck Ill ask......apparently there is still a lot of unused space in my brain!! ha ha ha

1996 115 hp johnson ocean runner

i am running a 1995 115 ocean runner now on my boat, so it wont be the end of the world if the motor does in fact end up as a donor of parts as needed

thanks

That's a pretty big difference. That cylinder is sick. No doubt. I wouldn't run it that way until I ,at least, removed the cylinder head and had a look.
