Hey all, new to the forum so I appologize for such a general post right away. :D

What I am looking for is some source for information about pre-1970s alumacrafts. I know alumacraft themselves have quite a bit of knowledge but has anybody compiled some of this information online for public knowledge? I am hoping to find more information about these unique models and their sisters. Along with information about options/colors/any other unique items. (like the nautical wheel spotlight? dealer installed option or just a period piece?)

I am looking into buying a 56 queen merrie 18' and basically cannot find any useful information asside from basic dimmensions and original price.
Let me know if you have any thoughts/input about this. Thanks a bunch!

I have an Alumacraft 1956 catalog ,but do not find a listing for a Queen Merry 18 footer. It does list a Merry "M" 14 or 16 foot runabout. The list price for a M-16 was $949.00. The M-14 WAS $816.00The length of the M-16 was 16 feet and width amidships was 56 inches. It was rated up to 30 HP at transom.

Hi Javsam,
I'm wondering if your 1956 Alumacraft catalog lists a Riviera. I think I have one, but I'm not sure how old it is.
Do you know if a copy of your catalog is posted online anywhere so that I could see it?
Thanks,
Dean
