Spacer not lining up after belt replacement on 3.0

I replaced my alternator belt which required taking the engine spacer off. (This video pretty much explains and shows what I did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7fE_fiEwg0). When I try to put the spacer back on it doesn't quite line up. It's not a lot but just enough to prevent me from getting the screws in. Is it possible the engine shifted a tiny bit when I took the spacer off? If so, should I jack it up to line it up? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Yep, that's what usually done if no one said to tighten the other side first.

Not now, the idea is to tighten the left side first and then remove the right side bolts and spacer. might be able to use a 2 x 4 to pry it as bit to get the bolts in.

Thanks for the advice. I used a small car jack (with a 2x4 underneath to distribute the force against the floor of the boat more evenly) and jacked it up a small amount. That was enough to line up the spacer and get the bolts in.
