Spark plug confusion

OEM manual calls for Autolite ARF-32M plugs. I get 2 different results when I try to cross-reference to Champion. One site say RV12YC Champion, the other calls for RBL11Y. NGK part # is UR5. Why is this so difficult?

Go with the NGKs or the Autolites. Both are good plugs.

Some engines have a MFG make a plug for that engine, other mfgs will cross to the closest they have.

Autolite is what Ford uses, NGK is a good aftermarket replacement.

Champions have no place on a boat.
