1993 Johnson 9.9 hp M#J10ELETM and Evinrude 15 hp M#E15RCTA which champions am i supposed to use? are they QL77JC4

QL77JC4 are the correct plugs for both engines. The 9.9 can optionaly use the QL82C and the 15 can optionaly use a surface gap L78V, but I think the one you've got is the best.<br />Gap is .030" for both, but you can try widening it a bit to improve idle if you want.<br /><br />FYI, the Evinrude is a '83, and the Johnson is in fact a '93.
