spark plug help

I disconnected wires to change plugs and I do not know what sequence they go back in. ( What plug goes where on distributor cap) Mercruiser 135.

Mercruiser does not have a "135"
SN, Model number, Year, etc. will get you an answer.

On any engine, unless you know the distributor has NEVER been removed, you have to find #1 Cylinder TDC on the compression stroke. Then look at where the rotor is pointing. That is where #1 plug wire should be.

No, I don't know that at all, and I have been here long enough not to start guessing what he meant.
Just had a post from someone with a starting problem on his 3.0L, only to find he has a 4.3.
It's hard to give accurate information without knowing exactly what someone is working on.

I thought all the new 3.0's were 135HP...
