Spark plug housing thread gone!!!

Hi guys.

My brother in law just gave a small honda 4 stroke, prob between 10-20 hp. I have a problem, the thread on one of the spark plug housings is stripped. I need to figure out something to get the spark plug back in there without coming loose.
Anybody have any ideas?

Helicoil or similar product. Helicoil makes an insert specifically for spark plugs.

A machine shop should be able to do this . . . the head will probably have to come off in order to cut the threads for the helix coil.
