Spark Plug Type?

I have a 3.0L OMC 1986 motor sterndrive. I bought plugs yesterday based on what I found online but they were a little longer than the ones in it. It is misfiring a little and I wonder if the plugs in it are wrong...
Can someone just tell me what plugs on 86 omc 3.0l stern drive takes? Thanks!

I went to this site and got these plugs based on the 3.0l recommendations, but clearly they are bigger than the ones in my engine...

I bought RV15YC4 believe the mr43t s are in it but the website said rv15yc4 so i bought those before i even checked what was in it. So for certain its the mr43t and the website is wrong huh?
