I have a 1995 evinrude special. I am wondering if I need to replace the spark plug wires. When I had the motor running I pushed on the end of the wire to make sure it was on all the way and it shocked me. Could this be a sign of a bad wire or is it just me being an idiot and touching something I shouldn't be? Also what are some symptoms of bad plug wires?
