Hi, my experience with Bose and Polyplanar was not a good one. On my first boat A Monza 22 center console I had Bose 151's and they had no bass but what can you expect from small drivers. On My second boat a Hydrasports 22 center console I installed Polyplanars 6x9 and they dindt last a 4 months, replaced with Pioneers and the difference was awesome they are the best sounding speakers for the money, also installed Yamaha AW1's on the T-Top. For head unit and amplifier I use a Sony car stereo and car amplifier, lasted 3 years so far.
