I saw a show some time ago on serial killers, and the length of time it took for the law to finally capture the scumbags.<br />I have since wondered, what became of the one known as the Zodiac killer?

I am pretty sure that both zodiacs were eventually caught. There was one east and one west. Don't remember which was the copycat.<br /><br />Think I saw it on A&E Cold Case.

I know it was quite some time back, buy did he not taunt the police with letters and such, similarly to what the BTK killer did?

Well, Boomer is correct about the San Francisco Zodiac. He has not been caught, and after nearly 40 years he probably wont be.<br /><br />The New York Zodiac, Eddie Seda, was caught in 1996 and got 235 years. Like the original, he shot 6 people.<br /><br />Both taunted the police with letters. Seda was clearly copying the SF Zodiac.

My apologies HM. Of course you are also correct about the SF Zodiac. <br /><br />Somehow a nice Medoc red is pretty far from chopped liver. Goes much better with rare Chateau Briand.
