In Tennessee you will find them anywhere. They only have to take a picture or your vehicle from the back and the plate. They leave it up to the owner to provide the drivers name if it wasnt them driving. You also get a short video clip, all from the back. I have got caught a time or two, but had a trailer behind be that was blocking the plate.

I dont speed and go slower when I'm towing...I you're in a hurry, leave earlier. Its worked well for me for many years.

The last I heard the city of Chicago was talking about getting rid of the red light cameras because they were causing accidents when people slam on the brakes.
