speed control for a motorguide?

I have a older motor guide hand controlled bow mount, and it works fine, but the speed control and power switches were in bad shape/not working.

So i got a big foot power switch to use for the on/off, but i need to find something to control the speed.

Do they make something in the marine world that has a potentiometer in it that i can control the speed, or am i stuck on one speed?
