I also found that my thermostats are going out, after running up the lake the pee hole was sputtering and the water was pretty hot.

That sounds more like a bad water pump.

The water pump and impellers are brand new. I replaced the thermostats today going to do a trial run fri if the water pressure is still low im going to assume the engine is mounted to high and i will lower it. I also found out today that the 150 xr6 max rpms is between 5100 and 6000. So im alittle confused on why im only getting 5100 with a 22pitch prop.

Well it runs great with the new parts now but i still am not happy about the rpms. not shure what else i can do other than getting a jack plate.

Start by verifying tach accuracy. Your numbers do not compute. To get 60 MPH you need to run 6000 RPM with a 1.87 gear set, and using 23P (22 cupped) in the prop calculator. Your numbers of 60 MPH at 5100 are way out of line. Either the speed is wrong or your tach is wrong. 60 MPH with a 1.87 gear set, 6000 rpm, and 23P = 14% slip which is a tad high but at least in the ball park. You need to figure out which of your numbers is wrong.
