I have a 16' sea nymph V that tops out at 28mph with a merc 35hp 2 stroke @5200 rpm. That's with two people, a cooler, and a full tank of gas.

Hope that gets you a little bit closer.

Alittle light on your information but if propped right,motor runs well and the boats not to heavy(all decked out,people,batteries,water logged,etc.),I'll guess around 20mph.Plus or minus afew because hard to say on alot of different problems.
