Does anyone knows which clip is needed to connect the Speedometer tube to the part shown in the attachment please?

Hi, it’s sort of hard to make out the type in that photo… is this for an Alpha or Bravo stern drive application?

What year is the Assembly and better yet, is there a serial number either for the stern drive or transom Assembly housing?

It is an Alpha. Ser nos 0D469859 - 0F679999 (Don't know if this can help). Otherwise I have to check directly once I go on the boat.

Why are you using a serial number range? Is the number off your drive missing?

I just changed that gimbal and I didn't take note of the serial number. The gimbal is actually the one on the picture.
