Speedometer quit working

I have an 05 Stingray 185LX with 3.0. Last week the speedometer didn't work when I took the boat out, but eventually it would get up to around 30mph after cruising at around 40 for 10 minutes or so. I'm hoping it's just got something plugging the hole, but the problem is I don't know what hole I'm looking for to clear out and how to go about clearing it?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,...

The pitot tube hole is in the very, Very front of yer Lower unit of the drive...
Clean it out with a tiny drillbit, in yer Hand, not a drill to dig the Crud out...
Be sure the tubing is connected, just above it at the joint/ union...
