I have a 1997 Sportjet 175xr2 and i love it but i have started running into a new problem. When i first start the boat in the morning everything runs good. I go out and troll for salmon (the motor is in gear at an idle) i will troll for a while and i will start to notice that it seems to be surging and at times sounds like it is about to die. And if you go to speed up just a little bit it runs rough and sounds like it is missing. Also sometimes it makes a fast clicking noise when it is running bad. I have changed both fuel filters but the problem hasnt changed.
