Yep, cabin fever season for sure!<br /><br />Except for the temperture, this morning was just like a spring morning. Sun shine, birds singing. The calendar is definetly in our favor now.<br /><br />Folks in NY and the Northeast facing another big Snow though!

It is currently 90* on my front (north) porch and 95* in the shade on the back (south) porch.<br /><br />Taking a break from messing with the boat.<br /><br />OH, Lordy, do I love it!!

yep, i got the cabin fever bad too. can't wait to get out. 75* here and should be 40 today. took a break from the boat ay JB. i been breakin all winter long. went out and put inside trim board back on that i had repaired over the winter. worked out ok. now i can't stand it anymore. i'm gonna take me,the girlfriend and my cat to the lake just to see how it is.......

Yup: Monday, 55+ sunshine, snow melting ready for the daffodils! <br /><br />Tuesday, cold snowing, downright miserable. <br /><br />Today, cold, roads slick and looks like I've got to shovel the driveway! <br /><br />Come on spring just get here and stay!

With the heat, a whole new crop of newbies was putting on a hell of a show at the ramp last weekend. Ah, spring, when fools give us free entertainment at the lake. You don't even need a boat, just a chair and a cooler of your favorite beverage.<br /><br />Highlight: The five ladies of varying ages who had their new Seadoo 6-seater at more than a 45 degree angle jack-knifed across the ramp, and still tried to power it off the trailer.

Its been good and warm most of the winter.<br />When its been above freezing<br />I've installed my off shore motor bracket, plumbed<br />my fuel line. Hooked up my remote steering.<br />Upgraded my stereo. Fixed the blowing fuse on my VHF.<br /> Installed my Garmin Depth sounder.<br />Had new canvas made. Replaced the broken bolts on<br />my starter. Repaired an open ground on my trailer<br />wiring. Replaced a cracked fender. <br />And we aren't even in spring yet.<br /><br />I am ready to go fishing.<br />Bring it on.

Why don't you jokers come to upstate here.Today the people got back onto the ice to get some more ice fishing in and we expect another 6 or 7 inches of the white stuff.Every so often i take a snow shovel to remove the snow from the tarp that covers my boat,just so it won't rip and fill up the boat with snow.

Oh boy it got up to 31f today that was a big warm up. It's been in the high teen's low 20's for the daytime high's with 30 + mph winds since last Friday we are expecting 3-6 inches of snow tommorrow.....where the hell is spring?
