Spun my prop last night

Hey guys<br />Out fishing last night and spun my prop. (14 1/2 x 19 OMC SS prop, 1991 Johny 225 HP) Should I get it re hubbed or buy a replacement. Thinking about picking up a alum. from the local big boat chain. Ill be back on the water quicker but can I expect any drop in performance with alum.?<br /><br />Thanks in advanced

Buy the aluminium, same size only a slight loss, have the SS rehubbed keep the aluminium for a spare. IMHO Good Luck, Joe

What Joe said. Unless you can't afford it, you certainly don't want to be out of business while you're waiting for the alum. Plus, this is exactly why you want that spare!

Of course I meant you don't want to be out of business while you're waiting for the SS to be re-hubbed.
