Re: spun prop, i don't think so
It is a spun out hub. But don't take our word for it.
Last advice; Do what
Rickdb1boat sugjested you do ,which was -----
". Nothing to slip inside the gear housing that wouldn't make some bad noises if it were. Scribe a mark on the prop hub and the prop housing and take it out for a run. When you pull it back out, check to see if the marks still line up. If not, the hub is still slipping. It wouldn't be the first time a hub was not installed correctly from the manufactuer. "

Force 50HP props, in case you haven't been thru "the search" for replacements, are rare, and rarely can you find one other than stock, or stock pitch/dia. You can have one custom-hubbed, but there is generally speaking, no point. The reason there is the one pitch/diameter for your engine is just the best for the motor's capabilities to develop trust, regardless of the hull it pushes.
In the real world, of course, there are exceptions. Some try to ski using this engine, (which is fine, on a small boat like the Bliner1400).
But they simply don't hold-up well to "hole-shots", or hitting an obstruction. They do what they were designed to do, all too easily. But given the limitations of the Chrysler L/U, it is for good reason.

These stock props are notorious for spinning-out.
The boat I got from my brother used to spin out hubs often, when he had it (1989 Bliner Capri 1650,purchased new).
Since I've personally owned this boat since 2000, I've only had to replace the hub once, and that was my fault. But then, I rarely tromp it. And I do a lot of idling due to my favorite fishing grounds now residing dead-center of a stinking, zealot-dictated, stricktly-enforced manatee idle zone.... But that's another story

But don't belive me. Do a search here, and you'll find it's a common problem with outboards, and even more prevailent in the Force 50HP, pre-1994, with the Chrysler-designed lower unit.
So make a mark accross the hub, donut, spline socket, and prop hub housing. Let it dry. Take it out and run it. It will no longer line-up when you bring it back, or I'll buy you a coke.
(Disclaimer...You gotta come pick it up, They call coke shipments ileagal these days)
