spun prop ?

been having trouble with the reverse on me 1994 mercury 90 hp . replaced the dog and when i put the prop back on a few pieces of hardened rubber came from the prop. after inspection i saw that the inside of the prop was all cracked and broke is that just a spun hub? do i need just that piece? are the all the same size? and would that have been the cause of my reverse issue? see 94 reverse thread in mercury/outboard http://forums.iboats.com/mercury-mariner-outboards/94-mercury-90-hp-reverse-problems-617017.html

If not spun it won't be long. The rubber insert has to be centered and is a very tight fit. Yes I'd take it to a prop shop as I borrowed a prop from a guy once that did his own and he didn't get it straight. Prop wobbled and vibration sent me back home in about 2 minutes on the lake.
