Sputtering FIXED
As Frank suggested, I went back to running 24:1 oil mixture. That helped, but wasn't quite enough. I then added a fuel pump (from another brand, since the original is NLA), and Ta Da... I can now run the tank out at 3/4 throttle with no issues (in the test tank), which gives me a non-stop run time of about 2 hours, which is plenty reliable for my uses
