Was replacing some rivets today on the old 76 starcraft ss160 and noticed there was the main keel and 2 side ones.The question i have is why is there 2 holes in them .Drainage?

Yep

Riveted to the single formed sheet of aluminum hull, and any water that gets in, needs to get out.... esp before the northern winters...
