Tadah!

Could be wrong, but I think you need to hit "Reply with quote" after checking all the "multi-quotes" you want to include.

Reply to thread works, I tried it, I never had done a multi quote so I had to learn how.

Where is June.

Tadah!

Thanks guys!

Re: St. Augustine in May/June: UPDATED: Now With Dates!

Like I mentioned earlier....things change almost daily around here. I origionally planned the 18th and 19th at St. Augustine and travel north for a business hearing. The hearing was cancelled and all is taken care of at this time. I thought we would spend a couple more days at St. Augustine then head to Maine for an extended vacation.....but recieved some news from the bossman. He wants me to carry about a dozen college graduates to Palm Beach for a few days on his boat starting on the 20th. This means I must remain level headed at the meet. I think I managed to postpone the Palm Beach trip for the 21st. Looks like I may be able to carry on as planned. :D

That's so sad that you won't be able to do that!!

Hope you can keep to your original plan. I know we all have a boss, but does your take into account if you already have a vacation planned? Or it still so new of a job that you're each still testing the waters? Too bad you can't bring the Penn up with you, but your return trip wouldn't grant you the time necessary to get back before the bosses' trip, I'm sure.

None the less, stay on course and we'll see you in St. Augustine!

I'm not so much worried about my vacation that much, Fireman. I've wanted to travel up to Maine for some time now. I'm sure it will still be there when I find the time. I can still carry on on the 18th and just hang out the 19th. I will get it worked out. The bossman is very willing to work around my schedule for St. Augustine. I'm looking foreward to the boat trip to Palm Beach, and a payday is a payday.

We spent all yesterday with bossman on our PY exploring places he's never been. He had a smile on his face the whole day! By the time our meet comes around, I will need a vacation from any boat that is under my care. I love my work, but I must keep my sanity.

Let's see....150 miles up the ICW to St. Augustine with over 300 watering holes inbetween.....I would have to started the trip sometime around this time last year.

Glad we're all still gonna be there.

Sasto, do we really need to allow you to keep a level head? Do you actually have one to keep? Maybe we can find someone to loan you one...

Less than 40 days, now!!!

Sure I have a level head, veritas honus.......They actually named a couple streets here after me!.... Dead End and One Way. I was told it had something to do with my intelligence and personality.

See ya soon, my friend. :D

I think it may take a little more than a couple of streets named in your honor to convince me...:p ...But I must admit, it's a start.;) To be perfectly honest, though, (and realistic) you've got nothing to prove, my Friend.

Maybe for a night, once the children are asleep, we can forget about level headedness for a while...

Hey Fireman,

Seems like forever ago that we talked about a camper top for my boat. Do you think you may feel like taking measurements while we're in St Augustine? If so, do you think you'll be able to safely operate and read a tape measure?:p;)

Re: St. Augustine in May/June: UPDATED: Now With Dates!

I just purchased a hooka (the kind you dive with not the kind you smoke out of) and a friend is going to use it in the Bahamas for lobster a week before our meet. In return I get a portion of the catch. I'm pretty sure were are going to have a cookout, so I hope to supply everybody with a lobster or two.

Days are getting longer and nights are getting shorter, see ya' soon.

I don't run that fast. Usually about 5.5-6.0 MPH (treadmill). If you plan on running that fast, I'll follow in a cab. I'll be the one with a coldie (yes...at 6:00 am!)

Well...if you must. I hate to spoil everyones fun times, so bring the lobster if you have to

Yes, the grill will be going. It's semi-permanently mounted in a rod holder (read: too lazy to remove it) for on-the-fly grillin. It was a pain to constantly put away, so I just stitched up a cover for it instead :)

We're going to have steaks marinading as well...looks like surf & turf to me! Time to treat myself. Haven't had a steak since December! However, I am enjoying a cool beverage right now...

ONLY 37 MORE TO GO!!!

Still havn't even broken in my Christmas gift from my wife. A Magma Party Size Combo 2 SS Kettle Grill/stove/oven. I have a SS rail mount and Sunbrella cover. Sounds like grilled surf-N-turf all around!!!

I was kidding about waking you at 0530. I Was also kidding about the run, but all kidding aside, if you'd like to run, we can go at whatever pace you'd like. We can run about 50 in the boat if you want.;)

Sasto, it's been many years since I've had spiny lobster. Been a few since I've had Maine lobster, now that I'm thinking about it... You da Man!!!:D

VH, are you a runner? I have been doing 5.5 miles a day up until 2 weeks ago. I was overtasking my knees and they hated me for it. So for the last 2 weeks, I spend 2 hours under the free weights and haven't done any significant cardio (other than pushing my luck, dodging responsibility, jumping to conclusions...). I am going to start running again next week. Hopefully, I'll be in pain again and that will give me an excuse not to run...:)

However, each day does start with 150-200 pushups....you in???

As a United States Army Ranger, I ran anywhere from 2-15 miles per day. Havn't run much in the last several years. To be perfectly open about it, I've always hated running. Very painful excersise for me. I simply had to do it, so I did it. Havn't really worked out in years. Don't really want to, either. If you do want to, though, I'll absolutely join and support you. I'm out of shape; but not soft.
