I need to know if this model is a Standard 15" or a long 20" shaft. If anyone has a site for me to look it up or has a manual for that motor series and can tell me that would rock.

1974 Evinrude 50HP 50ESL74M

Thanks,

That's assuming no one has converted it to short shaft during its' 37 year life.

Lindy.... I doubt that anyone would go to all that trouble to shorten one of those models... exhaust housing, tuning tube, etc etc... hellava job!
