I am trying to ID Year and make of my Outboard. I think it may be a Chrysler around a 1982 but not sure. This is the info I have. It is a three cylinder 2 cycle. the engine cover is white with blue trim and says Star 75. one # I found on the Head is P771944 480. The voltave Regulator is a solid State S.N # 93247 and Model 3 is 6PR 2005A. # on Intake is 498150 # 0n Carb is WE4 2 5/8 this is the only info I can find on this unit.
