Hi,
I have just bought a 1994 hydrasport with twin 150 yamaha's. It had been sitting for about a year with out any fuel in the 130 gallon below deck fuel tank...I put gas in the tank and pumped up the port side bulb and cranked the port side motor without any problem..The starboard bulb would not prime up...So I took the hose off the port side motor and connected to the starboard motor and it won't prime up even tho it will prime if connected to the port side..Does any1 have some idea why that would happen..There are separate hoses coming out of the fuel tank

need a better explanation of what and where you disconnected the fuel line and then reconnected to the other.
If using the same primer bulb that was on the motor that would not prime ,I would be looking at the bulb as the problem

I simply disconnected the fuel line from the port engine and plugged it into the starboard...Also can I replace the bulb with a low pressure inline fuel pump?
